I live in Haile Plantation, and I've been through about a half dozen local plumbers. Some rude, some late, some just don't know how to do their job, and yet again I was faced with a toilet issue and expecting the worst. I called up North Florida Plumbing, and I was thrilled to meet Frank, owner and head technician of North Florida Plumbing. He arrived on time with a smile on his face, and not only that but he fixed my toilet faster and charged less than any of the plumbers I had encountered before. In this day and age people have to keep business associates they trust close to them, and I met a trustworthy guy in Frank. No one likes to call the plumber, but Frank from North Florida Plumbing is a true gem. He has replaced several faucets as upgrades and successfully fixed three toilets that constantly ran - I hate to waste water and hate the expense even more. Frank has even repaired a couple of things our builder's plumber couldn't seem to get right. I'm obviously pleased with Frank's work but he goes one more by stating an exact time he will be at the house (not that famous "between 8 and noon" bit) and is actually on time! My summary - North Florida Plumbing does great work, cleans up any mess, and is there when they say - a perfect plumber if ever there was one - they don't walk on water but sure do a great job keeping it running right! I had an extreme emergency with water coming through the wall in my bedroom. I called North Florida Plumbing in Gainesville, FL and Frank was there within minutes. He quickly figured out what the problem was and isolated the leaking pipe so the rest of my plumbing could function. He worked with my insurance company and resolved my situation fast.
